I had 1 pound of boneless chicken breasts and a fiance who complained that he was tired of "boring chicken." After going through the fridge and cabinets, this recipe was born, and since its trial, it has been requested several more times!

Blue Ribbon Recipe

Sweet and savory with a hint of citrus, we enjoyed these orange BBQ chicken bites. Orange marmalade and a touch of extract add a bright twist to the sauce. The chicken breast pieces are crispy outside and juicy inside. Orange chicken and BBQ sauce are a match made in heaven. Serve over white rice for a delicious meal.
