I had this at a local sports bar and it took me 3 years to get the recipe. You don't even need bread. You can just eat it with a fork.

boneless, skinless chicken breast, boiled and cut in chunks
1/3 c
red onion, chopped
1 1/2 c
red seedless grapes, halved
1 c
pecans, chopped
2 1/2 c
mayonnaise
1/4 c
dijon mustard
1 Tbsp
horseradish
1/4 c
sugar
