- boneless, skinless chicken breasts (frozen is great too)
- 8 slice
- low sodium swiss cheese
- 2 can(s)
- cream of chicken soup (reduce fat is great too)
- 1/2 c
- 1 stick
- butter, melted
- 4 c
- pepperidge farms stuffing (blue bag)
1Preheat oven to 325.
2Place chicken in 9 X 13" baking dish. Place cheese over chicken. Mix water and soup and pour over the cheese. Melt butter and toss with stuffing. Cover the casserole with the stuffing mix.
3Bake uncovered for 90 minutes. Let rest 10 minutes. Enjoy!
