Ingredients For my big fat greek chili

  • 1 lg
    onion, diced
  • 5 clove
    garlic, chopped
  • 1 lb
    ground turkey
  • 1 - 14 oz can
    diced tomaotes
  • 1 - 15 oz can
    tomato sauce, reduced sodium
  • 1 - 15 oz can
    garbanzo beans (chickpeas)
  • 1 - 14 oz can
    artichoke hearts, diced (not marinated)
  • 1 - 6 oz can
    black olives, sliced
  • 2 tsp
    greek seasoning
  • 1 tsp
    thyme, dried
  • 1 1/2 - 3 tsp
    cayenne pepper
  • 4
    bay leaves
  • GARNISH:
  • crumbled feta cheese
  • sour cream

How To Make my big fat greek chili

    Combine all ingredients in crock pot & cook on LOW for 6 - 8 hours.

    Serve with crumbled feta & sour cream. Tastes even better the next day after flavors marry together.

    NOTE: You can thin with vegetable or chicken broth/stock, if needed.
