1 - 14 oz candiced tomaotes

1 - 15 oz cantomato sauce, reduced sodium

1 - 15 oz cangarbanzo beans (chickpeas)

1 - 14 oz canartichoke hearts, diced (not marinated)

1 - 6 oz canblack olives, sliced

2 tspgreek seasoning

1 tspthyme, dried

1 1/2 - 3 tspcayenne pepper

4bay leaves
- GARNISH:

crumbled feta cheese

sour cream
How To Make my big fat greek chili

1Combine all ingredients in crock pot & cook on LOW for 6 - 8 hours.

2Serve with crumbled feta & sour cream. Tastes even better the next day after flavors marry together.

3NOTE: You can thin with vegetable or chicken broth/stock, if needed.
