Mustard of Your Choice Chicken Chunks

I wanted something different to try with chicken, so I tried this and it was a hit.

Ingredients

11/2 c
flour
1/2 tsp
salt
1/2 tsp
pepper
1 bottle
spicey mustard or honey mustard
1 c
of mustard, your choice
1 lb.
chicken tenders, cut into 36 chunks
1 bottle
cooking oil

Step-By-Step

1In a zip lock bag poor bottle of mustard of your chioce in. Add chicken, and zip bag. Toss to coat each chunk. Place bag in refrigerator over night.
2Heat oil in deep fryer at 400, or use an iron skillet.
3Remove chicken from bag, discard bag.
4Mix the flour, salt and pepper together. Coat chunks in flour.
5Next dip chunks into the cup of mustard of your choice, then back into flour.
6Fry 3 to 4 minutes. Put a tooth pick in each chunk. Extra mustard is great for dipping.
