I found the original recipe on Pinterest and made some changes to make it my own. I made it for the first time on Easter Sunday and the family loved it!

Ingredients

6-8
boneless skinless chicken breast
6 1/2 oz
pesto
1.5 - 2 c
chicken broth
1 pkg
ranch powder mix
1 1/2 stick
butter
1 c
mozzarella cheese

Directions Step-By-Step

Place Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast in a Crock Pot. Spread Pesto evenly as possible on all visible surfaces of the Chicken.

Sprinkle the Dry Ranch Mix over Chicken. Pour the Chicken Broth over Chicken. Drop stick of Butter in the middle.

Heat on Low for 6 - 8 hours or High for 3 - 4 hours.

Sprinkle with Mozzarella before serving.

Hi Melissa...anytime I am looking for nutritional information I plug it into my "myfitnesspal" account. They have a link that you can input recipe ingredients and the serving and it will tell you how many calories, fat, sodium, sugar, carbs, etc per serving. There may be other available besides the myfitnesspal if you don't have an account.
