Moms Chicken and Rice Casserole

I dont know where my mom got this recipe from but this is how she made this when I was growing up.

1 pkg
frozen chopped broccoli
1 1/2 c
2 c
cooked chicken
1/2 tsp
curry powder
1 c
shredded cheddar cheese (or any type you like)
1 can(s)
sliced mushrooms (small)
1 can(s)
cream of celery soup (or you can use 1 cup of hellmans mayo)
1 can(s)
cream of mushroom soup
2 tsp
yellow mustard
1/4 c
grated parmesan cheese


1Cook rice according to package. Add broccoli to your rice right before the rice is done.
2Except for the parmesan cheese, mix all the other ingredients together and put into a 9x13 baking dish.
3Sprinkle the parmesan cheese over the top and bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour.
