In bowl, whisk together 1 Tbsp syrup, 1 Tbsp mustard, salt and pepper; add chicken tenders, turning to coat.
On plate, coat chicken with bread crumbs, pressing so they adhere.
In skillet, heat 3 Tbsp oil over medium heat. Add chicken pieces, cook 7 minutes or so (thermometer should read 165), turning over once.
SAUCE: In small bowl, blend 2 Tbsp each syrup and mustard. Serve with chicken.
