- envelope dry italian salad dressing mix

- chicken broth
1Place chicken in greased 3 1/2 to 4 1/2-quart slow cooker. Sprinkle with salad dressing mix. Pour chicken broth over the top. Cover and cook on high heat 4-5 hours or on low heat 8-10 hours.
2Serve on a nest of buttered noodles or creamy risotto.
