I will Angela. I am the only one that likes them in my family. I usually just fry the one that comes with a whole chicken (that you ave to cut up) I know that you can buy just chicken liver at the grocery store but that's too many just for me. Next time I cook fried chicken, I'm trying it with buttermilk. I KNOW it will be great!

Hi Gail, chicken livers we just never had here growing up in new england. I have to say, I never tried them. If you do make them, let me know how they turned out. I let my chicken marinate in the buttermilk for 4 hours yesterday. Turned out delish!

I love fried chicken livers and make them with just milk, salt and flour. I would bet that buttermilk would make them even crispier. My mom always made her fried chicken with just salt and flour, no milk. It's wonderful and crispy. She reigned supreme. I am going to try the buttermilk with it. Really looks delicious!

Brandy, you would have to experiment with that, I don't eat chicken livers. So honestly, I couldn't say one way or the other, only you could always try it!
