uncooked elbow macaroni

fresh brocolli florets

red pepper--chopped

onion--chopped
2 medium
carrots--sliced in qtrs
1/2 tsp
garlic--minced
2 Tbsp
evoo--extra virgin olive oil
1 pkg
(9) oz frozen cubed cooked chicken
1/4 c
frozen peas
2 tsp
chicken bouillon granules
1/2 tsp
tarragon
1/4 tsp
lemon pepper
1 Tbsp
flour
1 c
milk
4 oz
velveeta cheese--cubed

Step-By-Step

1COOK MACARONI, THEN DRAIN.

IN LGE. SKILLET, SAUTE BROC., PEPPER, ONION, CARROTS, GARLIC IN OIL, UNTIL TENDER. STIR IN CHICKEN, PEAS, BOUILLON, TARRAGON, LEMON PEPPER, REDUCE HEAT.
2IN SMALL BOWL, COMBINE FLOUR, MILK UNTIL SMOOTH. POUR INTO SKILLET MIXTURE, BRING TO BOIL & COOK AND STIR 2 MINS. OR UNTIL THICKENED
3REDUCE HEAT, ADD CHEESE & STIR UNTIL MELTED.
