1 - 8 oz pkg egg noodles, no-yolk variety
1 can(s) chicken broth, low salt
1/2 c heavy cream
1 tsp lemon zest, grated
1/2 tsp sea salt & pepper

Mmmmmmmmmmmmm! I love egg noodles (just like Mom did).

 

Directions

Heat 4 qt covered saucepan of salted water to boiling over high heat. Add noodles and cook as directed on package. Drain.

While noodle mixture drains, in a medium saucepan, heat broth, cream, lemon peel, pepper & salt to boiling over high heat. Enojoy!
