- 4 to 6 medium
- chicken breast
- 1 stick
- real butter
- flour for dredging
- salt and pepper
1Heat oven to 350*
allow butter to melt in pyrex dish (sized to fit your chicken) while the oven is heating.
2take dish out of oven and squeeze juice of 2-3 lemons into the butter and stir to mix.
3Season and dredge the chicken in the flour. Lay in melted butter with the best side down.
4Bake for 20 minutes and remove dish and turn your chicken over so the best side can brown and be pretty. Return to oven for 20 minutes.
5Serve with rice and pour the pan juices over the rice.
