shredded carrots
1/2 c
chopped onions
1/4 c
canola oil
2 1/2 Tbsp
minced garlic
4 Tbsp
curry powder (either indian or jamaican

1In a frying pan heat oil and place chicken pieces in and start browning chicken pieces. Then add onion and minced garlic to pan and continue browning chicken.
2Continue cooking chicken mixture and add carrots, salt and curry powder and continue to cook. Pour water in pan enough to cover chicken and continue to cook. sift flour in to thicken curry mixture.
3Cook until done and serve over steamed white rice.
