Ingredients

4 c
instant rice cooked (brown or white) both work great
1 can(s)
cream of mushroom soup
1 can(s)
cream of chicken
6 large
chicken breasts, boneless and skinless (you can use turkey breast)
1 1/2 c
shredded cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c
shredded mozzarella cheese
4 c
tatter tots (you will need enough to cover the entire dish
1 c
canned or frozen well drained green beans kitchen or garden cut
1 c
corn, frozen or canned whole kernel well drained

Directions Step-By-Step

you will need a large casserole dish or glass baking dish. preheat oven to 350 degrees. and place oven rack on middle shelf. my husband uses my glass Pyrex lasagna dish.

in medium bowl mix together corn and green beans.
in a large glass bowl mix together the two soups.
But do not thin out with water. mix well so both soups are well blended.

brown chicken breast in frying pan season with the following seasonings, 1/4 tsp of each, black pepper,salt,garlic powder,onion powder,Italian,basil,and chili powder.cook till almost done. slice into half. drain away juices and set aside.

start by placing enough soup on the bottom of the casserole dish, enough to cover. Then layer in the rice, vegetables and chicken, adding a thin layer of soup and cheese between each layer. You will need a 1/2 cup cheese to top off with. cover the chicken with soup and then frozen tater tots. do not add the last 1/2cup of cheese till almost fully cooked, tater tots will be a nice golden brown. sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake till melted.
