1Preheat fryer, warm hot sauce in large bowl, I use a stainless steel bowl and place it on my stove top on low "I have a gas stove" to warm it.
2Fry wings until golden brown and crispy.
3Drain well place in hot sauce bowl and toss till coated. Repeat with remaing wing.
4I serve them with ranch dressing and blue chesse dressing.
