Preheat fryer, warm hot sauce in large bowl, I use a stainless steel bowl and place it on my stove top on low "I have a gas stove" to warm it.
Fry wings until golden brown and crispy.
Drain well place in hot sauce bowl and toss till coated. Repeat with remaing wing.
I serve them with ranch dressing and blue chesse dressing.
