texas pete hot sauce (or your choice)
mustard seed, ground
Cook your wings in any manner you desire: Baked, deep fried or grilled until done.
Make the sauce by combining the Texas Pete and a stick of butter over medium-low heat until the butter melts.
Stir in the ground mustard seed and add salt and black pepper to taste.
Add your cooked wings to a large bowl, add sauce and toss.
If you want your wings hotter, you can add some cayenne pepper or some red pepper flakes.
