Hot Wings Baked or Fryed

- 4 lb
- chicken wings
- 1 stick
- butter, melted
- 6 oz
- hot sauce
- celery stalks cut into 4
- ranch dressing or blue cheese
1Bake at 425* for 45 min.
Wash chicken wings real good
spinkle with salt and pepper or you can omit this step
2Turn wings over 1/2 way through cooking time
finish cooking wings in the mean time make your sauce and cut up your celery
melt 1 stick (1/2 cup) of butter
6oz. of hot sauce
dip wings into mixture
3cut up celery sticks and have ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping
4*TO DEEP FAT FRY WINGS *
After you wash the wings make sure you pat them dry
your oil should be 365* to fry
you can cook the wings till about 1/2 way done say about 5 minutes
then put the wings in a container with a lid
then pour half of the sauce mix on them and put the lid on the contain and shake them well.
finish cooking the wings then when they are done
(wash out the container & lid you shook them in with the sauce)
When the wings float they should be done, they will have a red tint to the chiicken on the inside because of the hot sauce.
shake them in the sauce again
serve with the celery sticks.
