Honey Mustard Chicken

- 1/3 c
- smooth dijon mustard
- 1/3 c
- 1 Tbsp
- olive oil
- 3 lb
- chicken legs or thighs
- salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 2 sprig(s)
- fresh rosemary or a generous sprinkling of dried rosemary
1Preheat the oven to 350°.
2Mix mustard, honey and olive oil in a large bowl.
3Add some salt to the honey mustard mix. You may want to add a bit more salt or mustard to get that exact taste you're looking for.
4Place the chicken into a shallow dish and season lightly with salt. Make sure the skin-side is up.
5Pour your honey mustard mixture over the chicken and place the rosemary sprigs between each piece.
6Bake for about 45 minutes. If you have a meat thermometer, once it reaches 175 its done.
7After you take the chicken from the oven. Carefully remove any excess chicken fat.
8To add a little more zest, before serving, sprinkle with freshly ground pepper.
