Ingredients

1 pkg
bonelss, skinless, chicken breasts (4)
3
garlic cloves--chopped
1/2 c
soy sauce
1/2 c
ketchup
1/2 c
honey
pinch of basil
salt & pepper to taste

Step-By-Step

1CUT BREASTS IN HALF, SPRINKLE WITH SALT & PEPPER AND PLACE IN BOTTOM OF CROCKPOT.
2MIX CHOPPED GARLIC, SOY SAUCE, KETCHUP, HONEY & BASIL IN BOWL AND STIR.

ADD MIXTURE TO CROCKPOT
3COOK ON LOW FOR 6-8 HRS OR ON HIGH FOR 3-4 HRS.

YOU CAN JUDGE THE TIME IT TAKES, DEPENDING ON YOUR CROCKPOT. SOME COOK FASTER THAN OTHERS.
4REMOVE CHICKEN FROM THE POT AND TRANSFER TO COVERED PLATE TO KEEP WARM. REDUCE SAUCE IN THE POT UNTIL THICKENED TO DESIRED CONSISTENCY.
5SERVE SAUCE OVER CHICKEN

CAN SERVE THIS OVER PLAIN RICE OR JUST AS A MAIN DISH WITH VEGTS.
