Homemade Chicken and Dumplings!!!!

- whole chicken
- 1 to 1 1/2 large
- 3 to 4
- celery stalks
- bag of baby carrots
- 1 box
- season all, salt, and pepper
1In large cooking pot boil your chicken, add season all to the water. I don't measure it I just put it in there. If I was to guess I would say about 3 tablespoons worth. Bring to a boil, let it boil for about 10 to 15 mins. Or until the chicken is falling off bones.
2While chicken is boiling, cut up your onions, carrots and celery. Set aside. In a bowl take the bisquick and use about half the box. Mix that til not quiet into dough.
3Once chicken is cooked take the meat off the bones. Caution it will be very very hot. Before deboning chicken go ahead and add your veggies. Keep the water boiling though. Add the chicken once deboned.
4Get your bisquick mix and a spoon and spoon the dough into the water. This will thicken up the water and make dumplings too. Season to your tastebuds, salt, pepper, or more season all.
