Ingredients

2 can(s)
beer (budwiser, heineken, etc)
5 lb
chicken thighs, skinless or boneless
salt to taste

TERI SAUCE

1/2 c
shoyu
1/2 c
sugar
1/2 tsp
sesame oil
1/2 tsp
chili pepper flakes (optional)
1/2 tsp
grated fresh ginger
some julienned green onions

Directions Step-By-Step

Salt chicken.
Soak in beer for 2 hours.
Drain chicken and precook by baking in oven for 1 hour at 325°
Soak in sauce recipe for 2 to 3 hours and ready for the Hibachi, cook 4 minutes each side carefully not to burn.
