How To Make hg chicken club-ocado egg rolls
-
1Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick spray.
-
2Place broccoli slaw in a medium-large microwave-safe bowl with 1 tbsp water. Cover & microwave for 1 1/2 minutes, or until slightly softened.
-
3Drain excess water & pat dry. Add cheese wedges & stir until thoroughly mixed.
-
4Add chicken, bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, salt & pepper. Mix well.
-
5Lay an egg roll wrapper flat on a dry surface. Evenly distribute 1/3rd of the chicken mixture (about 1/2 C) in a row a little below the center of the wrapper. Top mixture with 2 tbsp tomato, followed by 2 avocado slices.
-
6Moisten all four edges of the wrapper by dabbing your fingers in water & going over the edges smoothly. Fold the sides about 1" toward the middle, to keep the mixture from falling out. Roll up wrapper around the mixture & continue to the top. Seal with a dab of water.
-
7Place egg roll on the baking sheet, seam side down, & repeat with remaining wrappers & mixture.
-
8Spritz egg rolls with nonstick spray. Bake until golden brown, 25 - 30 minutes.
-
9SAUCES: Mix sour cream with ranch seasoning in a medium bowl. Transfer half of the mixture to another bowl.
-
10Stir hot sauce into the mixture in one bowl & stir dill into the mixture in the other bowl.
-
11Cut each egg roll in 1/2, leaving you with 6 pieces. Serve with sauces for dipping!
