butter, room temperature
cream of chicken soup, 12 ounces
Frist preheat the oven to 350F. Then season the chicken with the salt & black pepper. In a large frying pan brown both side's of the chicken piece's with the butter.
Next arrange the chicken with the skin side up on a baking pan. In a small bowl combine the rest of the ingredient's together & pour very carefully into the frying pan & heat until it comes to a boil.
Then pour over the chicken, cover with foil & bake for 20 mins. Then uncover the chicken & bake for 30 mins longer.
