I recieved this recipe from Chukar Cherries while living in Washington State. My friends and family absolutely love it. It is best when the cherries are in Season. Enjoy!

Ingredients

4-6 medium
chicken breast
2/3 c
orange juice, fresh
2 Tbsp
packed brown sugar
1 Tbsp
cornstarch
1 Tbsp
soy sauce, light
1 Tbsp
cider vinegar
1 tsp
freshly grated ginger root
1 tsp
instant chicken bouillon granules or 1 chicken bouillon cube
3
green onions bias sliced in 1/2'' long pieces
1 c
fresh northwest sweet cherries

Step-By-Step

1Grill chicken over medium coals 12 to 15 minutes until tender and no longer pink, turning once. Combine remaining ingredients (minus cherries). Cook and stir over medium-high heat until thick and bubbly. Stir in fresh cherries. Heat through and serve over chicken breasts with rice. Yields 4 to 6 servings.
