Grilled Florida-style Chicken

The vinegar and seasonings combine to make one flavor packed chicken. I made this just as Elizabeth posted and it's fabulous. Great for a cookout or easy dinner. But I can't wait to try her variation with the lime and tequila.
I didn't need to grill this chicken for an hour. All grills vary as do the size of chicken breasts so watch yours closely so as not to overcook.
- 1 c
- white vinegar
- 1/2 c
- wesson oil (canola oil is fine)
- 2 Tbsp
- 3 tsp
- poultry seasoning
- 1/2 tsp
- ground black pepper
- 4 large
- chicken breasts for grilling (can use quarters as well)
1Mix all ingredients and place in a leak proof Ziploc gallon bag or covered glass dish. Marinate chicken overnight in refrigerator.
2Grill over hot coals or gas grill turning and brushing chicken with marinade until done. Takes about an hour.
