Grilled Curry Chicken with Spinach Rice

boneless skinless chicken breasts
Cook rice according to package directions. Fluff with a fork. Stir in spinach, 1/2 tsp salt, pepper, and cumin. Cook until warm.
Coat chicken on both sides with oil. Mix curry powder and 1/2 tsp salt in a small bowl and rub onto chicken.
Grill chicken over medium with lid closed for 10 minutes, turning once, or until cooked through. Serve with rice.
