Greek Spinach and Chicken Orzo

Ingredients

8 oz
orzo (rice shaped pasta)
1
deli rotisserie chicken, skin removed, meat shredded
3 c
fresh baby spinach
1 c
(4oz.) crumbled feta cheese
1
large tomato, diced
1/2 c
pitted kalamata olives
2 Tbsp
olive oil
1/2 tsp
salt

Step-By-Step

1Cook orzo in large pot of boiling salted water according to package directions.

2Drain.

3Return orzo to pot.

4Stir in all remaining ingredients.

5Cook 2 to 3 minutes over medium heat or until heated through.
