I saw this recipe in a magazine and liked it because it sounded very tasty and the ingredients can be from my freezer and pantry. Fix minute rice and a frozen veggie and dinner is served. I remember using Good Seasons Mix as a seasoning back in the 70's.
Mix first 3 ingredients. Moisten chicken with water; coat with cheese mixture. Then line shallow baking dish with foil, spray foil with Pam. Place coated chicken in dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in the center and juices run clear (170 degrees). For golden appearance, after chicken is cooked, set oven on broil. Broil 2 to 4 minutes or until golden brown.
