Fresh Mex Chicken Taco's

2 c
cooked chicken (shredded)
1 1/2 c
cheddar cheese (shredded)
1 1/2 c
lettuce or napa cabbage (torn)
1 bunch
green onion (sliced)
1 1/2
tomato's (cubed)
1 can(s)
black olives (sliced)
3 Tbsp
canola oil
corn tortillas
sour cream (optional)
guacamole (optional)


1shred chicken

2shred cheese

3tear lettuce into small bite size pieces

4cut tomato's into cubes

5open can of olices

6slice green onions

7place a tablespoon of canola oil into a frying pan and heat on medium to medium high heat

8when oil is hot place 1 tortilla into hot oil. Heat on one side, and flip over with spatula

9place a small row of cooked chicken in the middle of the tortilla and a small amout of shredded cheese

10with spatula fold tortilla in half

11cook each filled tortilla 1 minute on each side

12continue this process until all the tortilla's have been cooked

13place cooked filled totilla's on a plate lined with paper towels. Stuff each taco shell with lettuce, tomatoes, black olives and green onions. add a dab of sour cream and/or gucamole, enjoy!
