in sauce pan on stove combine hotwing sauce, franks red hot and butter. slowly bring to temp.stiring often.
in another pan add oil and bring to 375 degrees. deep fry the chicken for 8 minutes or until lightly golden brown. remove from oil and drain the chicken of grease. in bowl add chicken and pour hot wing mixture over wings and toss to coat.about 2 minutes. serve on plate with remaining sauce in bowl. serves 3
