Ingredients

1 (10 3/4) oz
can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 c
chunky-style salsa
1/2 c
water
1 c
uncooked instant white rice
2 c
cooked cubed chicken

(10-inch) flour tortillas
sour cream (optional)

Directions Step-By-Step

Mix soup, salsa and water in a saucepan; heat to boiling; stir in rice and chicken; cover and remove from heat; let stand 5 minutes.

Spoon about 1 cup chicken mixture down the center of each tortilla; fold tortilla around filling.

Serve with sour cream, if desired.
