Flatten chicken with meat mallet. Sprinkle with chilies. Place 1/4 cup cheeses over the chilies. Fold ends of chicken to form a roll. Place in a greased 1 1/2 quart size cassserole dish. Beat eggs, flour, salt and pepper and liquid pepper until frothy. Pour egg mixture over chicken breasts. Sprinkle on remaining cheese and top with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes.
