This is something i've eaten all my life. Exspecially this time of year, with an abondance of tomatoes.

Ingredients

1 can(s)
crushed tomatoes
1 small
onion
2 Tbsp
butter, cold
dash(es)
salt and pepper ( to your taste )

FRY YOUR CHICKEN, FEEL FREE TO USE YOUR RECIPE OR ONE FOUND ON "JUST A PINCH"

AFTER CHICKEN IS DONE .....

Directions Step-By-Step

Remove chicken from oil.

Set aside on paper towel to absorb any extra oil.

carefully pour HOT OIL out of skillet in HEAT PROOF CONTAINER

ADD onions, saute' til transparent

Add tomatoes, and chicken

Salt and pepper

Add Cold Butter, baste with gravy; covering every piece of meat.

Let simmer for 15 min. So flavors will merry together.
