Never really liked the frozen mini pies that much.....so I made my own!

Ingredients

2
refrigerated pie crusts
2
chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
1 c
finely chopped celery and onions
2 c
corn
1 c
cooked carrots, sliced
1 can(s)
potato soup
1
egg
1 c
milk
seasoning salt to taste
pepper to taste

Step-By-Step

1Place one pie crust in pie plate, mix the other ingredients together.
2If the mixture is too thick add more milk.
3Top with the other pie crust.
4Crimp edges together and make slits for steam to escape.
5Brush with an egg wash or melted butter.
6Bake in 350 oven for 30-40 minutes or until golden brown.
