Ingredients

8 oz.
cream cheese, soften
3 Tbsp
salsa, your choice of hot or mild
6 oz.
bag tyson ven diced cooked chicken breast. (dice cicken into smaller pieces.)
2 Tbsp
olive oil
1
green bell pepper, chopped
1
red bell pepper, chopped
1 medium
onion, chopped
1
jalapeno pepper, diced
1 pkg
fajitas seasoning mix
1/3 c
water
11.5 oz. jar(s)
guacamole dip
2 c
finely shredded fiesta blend cheese

Step-By-Step

1In a bowl combine the cream cheese and salsa. Spread into a 9inch pie plate.
2In a skillet heat the oil. Saute the chicken, red and green bell pepper, the onion and the jalapeno pepper for 3 to 4 minutes, or until peppers and onion are tender.
3Add the fajita packet and the water, simmer 5 minutes on medium-low heat.
4Pour mixture over cream cheese mixture.
5Spread the dip on top.
6Sprinkle the fiesta cheese on top. Serve with tortilla chips.
