- 8 chicken thighs, skinless/boneless or not
- bbq sauce, whatever kind you like
- salt and pepper
Salt and Pepper.
Line rimmed oven dish/pan with foil. Spray foil with Pam. Place chicken in pan.Liberally cover chicken with BBQ sauce. Cover with foil. Cook 1 hour. Uncover and cook about 15minutes more to brown. Yummy-Enjoy!! Serves 3-4.
