Easy Parmesan Chicken
You may substitute sour cream or yogurt for the mayonnaise.
- chicken breasts, boneless & skinless
- 1/2 c
- 1/4 c
- parmesan cheese, shredded (not grated)
- 4 tsp
- bread crumbs, italian seasoned
1Mix mayo and parmesan cheese.
2Lay chicken on backing sheet. Spread with mayo mixture. Sprinkle with bread crumbs.
3Bake at 425 for 20 minutes.
