Place the chicken on a flat plate for marinating. Mix the marinade which consists of the honey, dijon, garam marsala, and the soy sauce. Mix this well and use half the mixture over all the meat. Refrigerate the chicken and remaining marinade in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours or overnight.
Preheat the oven to 350F. Place chicken in a baking dish and disguard the old marinade. Pour unused marinade over chicken and cover with foil and bake for 1 hour. Then remove foil, spoon some of the marinade over the chicken and cook another 15 uncovered minutes. Enjoy
