- Pam Spray
1Spray Crock Pot with Pam. Rinse off chicken thighs and layer in Crock Pot. Cover well with BBQ sauce. Cook on high for 4 hours or on low for 8 hours.
2Good served over rice! Number of servings depends on how many thighs you cook!
