Easy Crock Pot BBQ Chicken

Skinless chicken thighs. Boneless, if you prefer.
Spray Crock Pot with Pam. Rinse off chicken thighs and layer in Crock Pot. Cover well with BBQ sauce. Cook on high for 4 hours or on low for 8 hours.
Good served over rice! Number of servings depends on how many thighs you cook!
