Ingredients

2 c	cooked, cubed or shredded chicken
1 can(s)	cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c	sour cream
12 oz	bag of wide egg noodles prepared following manufactor's instructions.
2 c	cheddar cheese, shredded
1 c	mushrooms, fresh, sliced
2 dash(es)	cayenne pepper
2 dash(es)	seasoned salt

This came to me by way of a dear friend. I changed it up a bit. My family loves this as a staple in our house.

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a bowl reserving 1 cup of cheese. Pour into a greased 13 x 9 inch pan. Top with remaining cup of cheese. Bake @ 350 degrees for about 20 minutes or until cheese is melted on top.
