Ingredients

chicken breasts, boned and cooked
1 c
sherry
1 tsp
salt
1/2 tsp
sugar
1
head red leaf letuce
1/2 c
cilantro, leaves optional
3 Tbsp
sesame seeds, toasted golden

scallions, with green, chopped

Step-By-Step

1Cut cooked chicken breasts in half.
2Put in large bowl with wine, salt and sugar. Toss, cover and marinate for 24 hours in the refrigerator.
3Next day drain off marinade.
4Arrange lettuce leaves on serving platter; place chicken pieces in the center.
5Sprinkle with sesame seed, cilantro leaves and scallions.
