- chicken breasts, boned and cooked
- 1 c
- 1 tsp
- 1/2 tsp
- head red leaf letuce
- 1/2 c
- cilantro, leaves optional
- 3 Tbsp
- sesame seeds, toasted golden
- scallions, with green, chopped
1Cut cooked chicken breasts in half.
2Put in large bowl with wine, salt and sugar. Toss, cover and marinate for 24 hours in the refrigerator.
3Next day drain off marinade.
4Arrange lettuce leaves on serving platter; place chicken pieces in the center.
5Sprinkle with sesame seed, cilantro leaves and scallions.
