- chicken -- of your choice
- 1 c
- all purpose flour
- 1/4 c
- corn meal
- 1 pkg
- hormel spicy taco seasoning
- water -- for dredging of the chicken
1Mix the flour, corn meal, taco seasoning in a bowl.
2Dredge your chicken in water and then skake excess water off and roll in flour mixture.
3Place battered chicken in hot oil on medium heat and fry until golden brown. Make sure it's completely done inside.
