Ingredients
| 8 medium | chicken breast , skinless and boneless |
| 1 bunch | broccoli, fresh |
| SAUCE | |
| 4 can(s) | cream of chicken soup |
| 1/2 c | mayonnaise |
| 3 Tbsp | lemon juice |
| 1 1/2 Tbsp | curry powder |
| OPTIONAL | |
| 1/2 c | bread crumbs, dry |

Directions
Boil the chicken breast for about 20 minutes. Let cool to the touch and then cut in approx. 1" cubes.
At this time preheat your oven to 350°Place broccoli in Microwave safe dish and cover. Microwave 10 minutes. Chop into bite size pieces.As the broccoli is cooking, whisk the sauce ingredients together in a med bowl and set asidePlace the cut chicken breast pieces in a oven safe dish.Layer chopped broccoli on top of the cut chickenPour sauce over the chicken and broccoli. Add the optional bread crumbs if desired at this time.Bake in preheated 350° oven for 1 hour. Serve over rice is desired

Just what I was looking for. I use to make this when my son was young. I haven't made it because my husband doesn't like curry. But I thought of it and wanted to make it. Couldn't find my recipe, and here it is. Thanks. (didn't use the curry, still good. also put some fresh mushrooms in it)
