Ingredients

chicken thighs

chicken drumsticks
1 can(s)
cream of mushroom soup
1 can(s)
sliced stewed tomatoes
1/3
bag frozen broccoli *
1/3
bag frozen stir fry veggies *
1 tsp
salt
1 tsp
pepper
2 tsp
garlic (or more if you like)
1 tsp
celery seed

servings of cooked egg noodles

Directions Step-By-Step

* Can substitute other veggies to your liking. Can also use other cuts of chicken. I had gotten whole chicken leg quarters on sale, then cut them up into thighs & drumsticks.

Lightly spray a 6 1/2 quart crock pot. Place thawed chicken in bottom.

Add frozen veggies. Add mushroom soup, then the seasonings. Top with tomatoes.

Cover. Cook on HIGH for 4 hours, or on LOW for 6-8 hours.

Serve with cooked egg noodles.
