Ingredients

1 - 32 oz. pkg
frozen fully cooked meatballs (beef, chicken, pork, turkey or whatever), or homemade if you wish
1 c
raspberry preserves (or strawberry or whatever you would like to try)
3 Tbsp
sugar
3 Tbsp
balsamic vinegar
1 1/2 Tbsp
worcestershire sauce
1/8 - 1/4 tsp
red pepper flakes
1 1/2 tsp
ginger powder

Directions Step-By-Step

Coat crock pot with non-stick cooking spray. Add meatballs.

Combine remaining ingredients in a small microwavable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 45 seconds; stir. Microwave 15 seconds more or until melted. Pour remaining mixture over meatballs; toss to coat. Cover; cook on LOW 5 1/2 hours or on HIGH 3 hours.

We first made this for a Super Bowl nibble. It was such a hit with kids and adults, it has become a family staple, especially for large groups. We sometimes add a can of whole cranberry sauce. It's good over rice, mashed potatoes or pasta.
