Crock Pot Orange Chicken

- chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 1/2 tsp

- black pepper
- 8 oz
- orange juice, frozen concentrate
- 1 1/2 c
- coconut, shredded
- 2 c
- mandarin oranges or canned mandarin oranges
- green onions, chopped
1Put chicken, ginger, salt, pepper and frozen orange juice in slow cooker and cook on low for 6 hours.
2Serve chicken on hot cooked rice platter. Top with coconut, orange segments and green onions.
3Serve chicken liquid in gravy boat, if desired.
