Ingredients

  • 12 ounces bag broccoli slaw
  • 3 - young carrots, shredded
  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
  • 3 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium, fat-free chicken broth
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons lower-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

How To Make crock pot moo shu chicken, diabetic

  • Step 1
    Layer the slaw mix and carrots in the bottom of crockpot. Top with the chicken.
  • Step 2
    In a small bowl, mix the hoisin sauce, chicken broth, garlic, soy sauce, and cornstarch. Pour over the chicken mixture and set the crockpot to high for 4-6 hours.
