Crock Pot Chicken And Rice Casserole

Ingredients

1 can(s)
cream of mushroom soup
1 can(s)
cream of chicken soup
1 can(s)
cream of celery soup
1
soup can of water or milk
4 Tbsp
butter
1
envelope onion soup mix
1 1/2 c
white rice, uncooked
4 lb
chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
paprika

Step-By-Step

1Coat a crock pot with cooking spray. In a saucepan, combine the cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, cream of celery, water, butter and 1 tablespoon of the onion soup mix.
2Cook, over medium heat, until the butter has melted. Place the uncooked rice in the bottom of the crock pot and pour 2/3 of the soup mixture over the rice.
3Stir well and place the chicken on top of the rice and soup. Pour the remaining soup mixture on top. Sprinkle with the paprika.
4Cover and cook on low for 6 hours. After 2 hours, remove the cover and stir well, otherwise do not remove the cover during cooking unless necessary. You can toss some broccoli in, if desired.
