8 cpotato chips, your favorite flavor, crushed

1/2 tspgarlic salt

1/2 tsppaprika

1/4 tsppepper

6 Tbspolive oil, extra virgin

3 1/2 lbchicken wing drumettes
How To Make crispy potato wings

1Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Line 2 large rimmed baking sheets with foil; top with cooling racks. Spray racks with cooking spray.

2Crush potato chips in resealable plastic bag with rolling pin (you should have 2 1/2 - 3 C finely crushed chips). Place in shallow bowl or pie pan; stir in garlic salt, paprika & pepper. Place oil in small bowl. Lightly dip chicken in oil; roll & press into chip mixture. Place on racks.

3Bake 40 - 45 minutes or until chicken is golden brown & no longer pink in center, rotating baking sheets after 20 minutes.
